About me
A feel for space. An instinct for the deal.
I am Michaela Řezáčová. For more than 13 years I have helped clients sell, let and find property. I combine experience in residential development, marketing and sales with a personal approach. I want to understand what you hope to achieve, what your property is worth and how to turn its potential into a good deal.

At residential developer Daramis, I contributed to the preparation of marketing and sales for several residential projects. During my time there, those projects comprised a total of 1,103 homes. They included Vila Vokovice, Beranka houses, Marina Island and Zelené Město.
That is where I learned how to connect a property, its presentation and a sales strategy. Today I use that experience when working for private owners and investors, from selling an apartment and presenting a family villa to finding an investment opportunity.
I learned business long before I learned real estate.
At Mladá fronta I sold advertising space, for the Football Association I organised events, and as a Čedok representative I looked after clients abroad. At Czech Airlines I worked in aircraft leasing.
What connects these roles is the ability to work with people, organise a complex process and stay calm when plans change. I use these skills in real estate every day, when negotiating terms, coordinating the entire transaction and taking care of the details that matter.
