Who processes the data

What data and why

• Enquiry form. Name, phone number, e-mail and the text of your message. I process them so that I can reply to you and agree the next step. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and the legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.
• Further offers by email. Only with your separate, optional consent, I send my own property offers and real estate updates. I record the wording, version, language and time of consent with your email and the source form. Consent is not required for an enquiry and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Server logs. IP address, time of the request and browser type. They are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept only briefly.
• Analytics and marketing. Analytics and marketing tools only ever run with your consent. Without consent nothing is measured.

How long

I keep the data from an enquiry for the duration of our dealings and afterwards for as long as is necessary to defend legal claims. If nothing comes of it, I delete the data. I use a marketing contact until consent is withdrawn; the record of consent being given and withdrawn is kept only as long as needed to prove lawful processing and to protect legal claims.

Who it is shared with

With nobody who would use it for their own purposes. Technically it reaches the server and mailbox provider, who process it solely on my instruction. I do not sell the data and I do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

The site uses the technical cookies it needs to run, which cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies are only stored after you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent to offers at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to hello@michaelarezacova.cz; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to hello@michaelarezacova.cz. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
