I will guide the sale of your flat or house from our first meeting to the handover of the keys. Together we will set the price, I will prepare the property for presentation and take care of the promotion and the viewings in person. We walk through the property, I compare it with real sales nearby and tell you the price it will actually sell for. Free and without obligation.

Preparation
I get the property ready for the shoot and arrange photography, floor plans and video. The first impression decides the price.

Going to market
I present the property on the portals, in my own database and discreetly, if that is what the owner wants.

Viewings
I lead the viewings myself. I know what buyers ask and I know which of them already has the financing in place.

Signing and handover
Reservation and purchase contracts, escrow, transfer of utilities and the keys. You sign, I take care of the rest.
